Remote Support Configuration and Services register failed

Hi all,

 

I hope you can help us.

 

VM with SIM 6.2 and Remote Support Software Manager version is A.05.60.

 

We are not able to register the RSA, we are getting this error message: Remote Support registration failed. There may be connectivity issues, or the datacenter may be offline right now. Please refer to the log file and the documentation for more information.

 

These are the lastest entries logs when I try to register the software:

and the more strange...I´m getting mails from HP saying these kind of mails,
