Remote Support Pack Advance
Hallo,
I have install HP-SIM 6.2 and A-RSP 5.50 to Windows2008R2 and it works fine.
But I cannot register the Remote Support.
The Windows2008R2 is a Guest from VMWare4

Re: Remote Support Pack Advance
Check the logs in the remote support logs directory.
It could be a firewall/proxy issue in this case you will find transport errors in the log file.
Do you know that you have IRS support if you CMS is under warranty or has a support contract. You can open a HW call and HP will lead you to the solution.

Re: Remote Support Pack Advance
IRS is only supported on a static virtual instance.
Do you have access to services.isee.hp.com and when you want the automatic IRS software update to the two download insances?
Detailed information you can find in the IRS installation documentation.
Regards, Werner
