Before opening a call you can try uninstalling WEBES, running the WEBES cleanup tool, then reinstall.

The cleanup tool is available here:

I will give it a try this weekend and let you know how it works. Thanks

If you install webes 5.6 first then 5.6 update 2.0 will install. I had same issue on new install. I believe you need 5.6 installed first before update 2.

Pete,

Did you fill in the contract details?

We needed to fill in:
Serial number
product number
Service Agreement ID which matches with the SN and PN

No the warraty info does not populate. When I run the job manually one 1 server to troubleshoot, the message was check to see if the CMS has internet connectivity, and make sure the remote client service is running, which both are, I even restarted the service, but still dont work.
