Remote Support registration failed. There may be connectivity issues, or the datacenter may be offli
Upgraded SIM yesterday from 5.2 to 5.3 SP1, and applied Hotfix. Had issues with te RSSWM installing as part of the SIM upgrade.
Reading other posts, I downloaded it seperately, and it installed fine.
I was able to download and install all the packages. Connectivity is fine from the RSSWM GUI. However, when I try to Submit Updates and Register from SIM, I get the following error:
Remote Support registration failed. There may be connectivity issues, or the datacenter may be offline right now. Please refer to the log file and the documentation for more information
The server is a physical DL360 G3 (Not a VM) running Win2K3 SP2.
Any sugeestions on what needs to be done to resolve this?
TIA,
Jerame
