Resend a "delivered" notification from OSEM
Hello,
Is it possible to resend an already delivered notification in OSEM?
When the notification was first delivered, OSEM was not configured to forward through ISEE. ISEE is now set in the outbound protocol, but I do not see a way to manually forward this notification through ISEE.
Is this possible? Or do I have to wait for a new trap?
For your reference, I have OSEM/ISEE set up in a model 3 configuration.

Hi,
If you are still seeing the incidents in OSEM Viewer, then you can resend them.
If not, you will have to wait for a new trap, or send OSEM test to make sure it's working.

Hello,
To clarify, in the OSEM "Notifications" screen, the incident is shown as "Delivered". Can the delivered incident be manually forwarded to ISEE?
If not, is there a way to reset the HP management agent such that it will resend the trap for this incident?

If the incident is already Delivered, I don't think there is a way to resend (to avoid duplicated Service calls).
