SIM 5.2.2 & RSP: Still need to run configureproxy?
Do not see it in any documentation but had to resintall the RSP and registering from within SIM fails.
Software Manager test fine. Got updates, etc.
Just fails on the reg page within SIM.
Have proxy info included. We also have to allow the box to access certain *.hp.com domains without needed authentication through the proxy.
Thanks,
Sean

Re: SIM 5.2.2 & RSP: Still need to run configureproxy?
You have to access two addresses from your CMS - 15.232.64.127 and 15.216.12.255 both over HTTPS/443

Re: SIM 5.2.2 & RSP: Still need to run configureproxy?
Try this URL:
https://services.isee.hp.com/version
This will tell you if you have port 443 open to that site. Also, disable McAffee and/or any Web filtering Application then try registering again.
Problem/error can be seen from iseeclient.log
Hope this helps,

Turned out to by HP side in my case.
