SIM/RSA and DL380 Pkg Clu won't pull support status

I am new to SIM/RSA.  Among the other server I have that SIM/RSA has no trouble with, I have 2 of the DL380 G4 PACKAGED CLUSTER with MSA500 G2's.  Each of them has a product id and a serial number that covers  the whole cluster, and this is what the care packs are registered under.  The problem is that SIM/RSA pulls the individual DL380/MSA serial and product numbers and complains that there is no support/warranty coverage even though there is.  How do I go about resolving this issue?
