SIM server issues

sever : hp-ux 11i v3
issue: SIM server can't retrive "Contract and Warranty Data Collection"

Installed all binaries on hp-ux server. And SIM server successfully discovered the hp-ux box. But after this when try to run "Contract and Warranty Data Collection" it won't give any out put even any error.

Contract and Warranty information works only if Insight Remote Support Advanced IRSA is installed. But IRSA is only supported under Windows. But If you want to know the information / status you can use www.itrc.hp.com warranty check manually.
