Service essentials install

ok just upgraded to SIM 5.2 so we can use servcie essentials

i belive i have installed all the right bit's needed however on the sim homepage under the CW collom i only get a blue?.

how do i get it to get the information?

also dose any one have the link to the install guied as i have done this with out one so i could have done it wrong

You need to go to options --> Contract and Warranty data collection and select all servers to get that changed. If the servers are missing either a product ID or serial number in the system management homepage you will still fail the collection and will have to go through each server individually.

so far so good however when i open the "remote support config and services under options i get the following error

2Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in C:\hp\hpsmh\data\htdocs\isee\isee-functions.php on line 23102

any ideas ?
