Severity setup for E-Mails in IRSS

Hello all,


is it possible to set a filter in IRSS that only E-Mail's relating critical events, which opened a case at HP, are sent from the IRSS to the customer?


By default, every event which occurs in the notification log of SEA will trigger an E-Mail to the customer (EVA CA-Event's, Discovered System Events, predictive error events, etc.). I only want to see those events which opened a service case at HP. In IRSA, I can set up a event handler with that definition, is it possible in IRSS too?
