Show all Systems on one page in Remote Support System List

Is it possible to show all systems on one page in the RSP Entitlement tab? Or can the list be exported?

I have about 200 systems in the list and it's very slow (~5s) to move from one page to another, even on a DL385 G5 with 2 quad-core CPUs and 16 GB RAM. Is this normal?

there should be a predefined list called remote support eligble that should show the system list.

Thanks brad, but I can't display the "Contract Package" column and that's the one I need :-)

So I ended up changing
C:\hp\hpsmh\data\htdocs\isee\xml\isee-gui-configuration.xml
and setting

to 100. Still very slow, but now only two pages to export instead of 15.

I'm not sure of which release you are running but doing this could cause some timing issues when checking entitlement. I know this was the case with 5.10 as I was trying to do the same thing you did. You should be able to get around his by using the drop down and selecting entitle allare using 5.20 or later
