Switch Brocade stucked at Local Only@OSEM

Hi,

I configured my brocade switch HP StorageWorks 4/256 SAN in order to be monitored by SIM+RSP.
I'm receiving the events from this switch but when I check under All HP Service Events if the events were sent to HP backend I see Local Only@OSEM.
To configure the switch I followed the instruction from A.05.20 CMS Prerequisites and Managed Systems Configuration Guide capture 10.3 Brocade SNMP Configuration. My expectation where that when I get the event from that switch that this event would be submitted to HP and Local Only@OSEM.

Does anybody else had the same problem?
