hello, everybody,
anyone could say me if IRS is able to automatically open cases on servers events like:
IML server LOG:
Enviroment - System Overheating (Temp...Sensor.....)
OS Automatic operating System Shutdown Initiated Due ti Overheat Condition
Or
On C7000 events like:
OA : Blade in bay #xx status changed from OK to Failed
A customer of mine had a conditioning air problem in one of his data center and only 3pars were able to sent alert messages
thans in advance
Alfredo

SolutionHi AlHPE,
you asked 2 questions. I-RS doesn't create service events for things like environmental issues (overheat) at this time.
Our events are created based on whether or not there is an action required for HPE, such as failed part that needs replacement.
As for the second question - we would not respond to the OA event for a blade status change. If the blade was in some way faulty, the iLO on it should generate an issue indicating a part failure that we would respond to (assuming you have configured I-RS to talk to the iLO instead of the Operating System providers).
Are these iLO 4 devices or iLO 5 - just curious.
I work for HPE
