Unable to link server to HPE account

When registering new server's in HPE portal none of my new server's are being registered to my account. Error states that the server has been already registered to another user.image_2022_05_05T15_49_11_733Z.png

These unfortunately are not the solution I was looking for. They are able to be registered. They just aren't being registered to the correct account. Error states that the server is owned by another user so we are unable to track and create support tickets for said server.
