Re: Undelivered: HPSIM, ISEE
Hi Andy,
The product's SN and PN and the System Country Code must be set (also for a CMS).
The following log files may have some information; WEBES: director_out.txt, WEBES.xx.log; Remote Support: iseeclient.log
Regards, Werner

Hi Werner,
the SN and PN from the CMS and CommandView Server are correct.
The Country Code also set to Germany.

I think the problem ist the connection between WEBES SEA and SIM

Re: Undelivered: HPSIM, ISEE
Andy,
Not sure If you have already solved this, but I think I have a customer which has exact the same error in the webes.log.
perhaps the following is an answer:
http://wiki.unisa.edu.au/display/AAI/Add+Certificates+to+your+Java+Keystore
Does the customer use a custom certificate for HP SIM? Mine does. I'm gonne test it in a few days
