Uninstall (Manually) HP SIM Remote software support

Ok, have posted another thread around errors I'm receiving trying to remove repair RSS. No joy with that, so I'm now looking to perform a manual uninstall of RSS and try a reinstall. I launched the uninstall from the HP program menu and clicked yes to request a full uninstall. Restarted the box, and ADD Remove Programs still shows the HP Remote Support Software as installed. If I try and remove it from here, nothing happens.

Can anyone point me to a doc which outlines the process to manually remove the software?
