WEBES 4.4.4 and WEBES 4.5.1 failed to capture events from EVA
I am facing regarding webes 4.4.4 and webes 4.5.1. Webes failed to capture any type of incidents from eva.
I had installed WEBES 4.5.1 and WEBES 4.4.4 at one of our site.
Can anyone assist me how to check the root cause for the same.
Pls. share your valuable suggestion/advise to diagnose the exact issue why this is happening.
Regards,
Ajay Bhatnagar

Re: WEBES 4.4.4 and WEBES 4.5.1 failed to capture events from EVA
You need to make sure the Managed Entities for the EVA are filled in.
Also check in the SEA UI if the Storage Cells (EVA) show up.
What version of CommandView are they running?

Re: WEBES 4.4.4 and WEBES 4.5.1 failed to capture events from EVA
Have you gone into the WEBES setting and Director Settings and inputted a command view username and password ?
The new ver of WEBES requires you to put these in and then you can fill in the Managed entitlement for the EVA.
Hope this helps

Re: WEBES 4.4.4 and WEBES 4.5.1 failed to capture events from EVA
Make sure you test the Webes tool by issuing a c:> wsea test. You should see this filter thru the Webes browser page, the APP Log in Windows and finally at the ISEE browser page.
