I just installed ISEE on HPUX 11.11, L3000 server. Everything seems to work ok, I am able to login to ISEE and setup my profile. I filled in our support agreements and received a successful entitlement email back from HP. I've also confirmed that Predictive was not running on the machine.
There are some warnings in the swagent.log. I'm not sure if there is a problem or not.
Started initialization daemon
WARNING: SysInfo setSysInfoCronEntry.sh.
ISEE preinstall configuration script was not run prior to the ISEE installation.
To setup SysInfoRunMap.sh to run from cron, execute the following:
/opt/hpservices/contrib/SysInfo/bin/setSysInfoCronEntry.sh -i
WARNING: The "configure" script for "ISEE-SysInfo" had a warning (exit
code "2"). The script location was
"/var/tmp/BAAa25906/catalog/ISEE-SysInfo/pfiles/configure".
* This script had warnings but the execution of this product
will still proceed. Check the above output from the script
for further details.
NOTE: Using rst_dm_TL_adapter.clcfg for 11.11 and later
This script does not stop the EMS Services
Do not run this script manually from the command line prompt.
EMS monitors may not behave as expected.
If you have performed this action already, execute the command
/usr/bin/rm -f /var/stm/data/tools/monitor/.system_shutdown_ems
You can ignore this message in /etc/rc.log and /etc/rc.log.old
This script does not start the EMS Services
The only thing that was added to my cron file was the following:
# Entry(s) in /opt/hpservices/RemoteSupport are for HP Instant Support Enterprise Edition
0 0 * * 1 /opt/hpservices/RemoteSupport/config/pruneIncidents.sh
Thanks in advance,
Tim

Solution
Hello Tim,
this means only that the swinstall did not setup the cronjob to collect system information. If you want the systeminfo to be send to HP do the /opt/hpservices/contrib/SysInfo/bin/setSysInfoCronEntry.sh -i
This will allow you to setup the crontab entry.
If for some reason you uninstall the ISEE software, please make sure that you have a copy of the crontab - sometimes the swremove confuses this file if the cronentry is added. This problem is fixed in version 3.90 which is in pilot right now!
Regards
Frauke

Re: Warning after install ISEE HP-UX 11.11
If you want to know some more about the map, etehr go to the client user interface (means port http://:5060/start.html) and click the map link on the left navigation bar or go to http://isee.europe.hp.com/isee/MAPscriptsBrowser/index.html
Don´t be confused that these are the maps for 3.90 - maps are provided from the backend and this is already on 3.90 - that is as well what "version" on the web UI tells you - if is not the version of the installed software but the UI versio
