Warrantu failed to check

Hello Team,

i have installed SIM and RSP version 5.3, in One blade BL460, the entitlement for the CMS is fine,
i have setuped two HP-UX 11.11 servers, the servers are discovred by SIM, i have a problem with those HP-UX servers, after trying to gate the warranty i got this message error,:Sending contract and warranty request to the hp.com back-end contract and warranty service using Service Essentials Remote Support Pack client.
There was no response from the Service Essentials Remote Support Pack client and/or the remote back-end contract and warranty service at hp.com. Verify the Service Essentials Remote Support Pack client service is running, properly configured and that the HP SIM server has access to the interneti ha


i have entred well the serial number and also the SAID

Hi belkacem,
To get an entitlement result the following three items are necessary:
Serial Number, the exatly matching Product Number, Country Code.
SAIDs or Care Pack SN will be returned, when the system has an extended support coverage.

thank you, yes sure i have entred those infromations but still having the same Problem, is there an agent my not prorely installed with RSp to check the warranty ?
