What action is taken for server issues.

Hi

Does anybody know where I can review the criteria on when a HP service call is opened for a particular issue on a server. IE What action is taken for server issues.

Information I am after would be eg Issue
Hardware Failure for XYZ >>Ticket opened.
Warning XYZ1 >> Self help email
sent etc...

Is there a PDF or anything for this ?
