Why do iLO initiated traps stall?

Hi.

Testing sending traps with the iLO forward of SNMP traps.
Gets to SIM fine. Gets to OSEM fine, but always stalls on delivery if trap sent by RIB.
If I sent traps from the server itself, it works fine.

Anyway to overcome the stalls?

Basically stated in some iLO docs that they can send hardware alerts through to HP in this matter.
But having difficulty getting them to go through.

Opened a case, but have yet to hear back.

Sean,

You can try Remote Support Services and Enable All, if you have more than screen load of Clients, you will have to do the same for each screen.

Yes, they are all enabled.

Verified the unit I was testing with the iLO was in there and active and it is.

Started poking at OSEM logs as well now.
Thinking it is having an issue with some smnp get not working right contacting the iLO or something.

At a loss at the moment as I invetigate some more.

Even though, they look like already Enabled, please try enable again. I have seen similar issue before.
