all MAPs crash with same error (Error calling method indexOf on object proxy)
I installed ISEE on a server using an enterprise method (i.e. using repackage.sh). When I'm trying to run ../RemoteSupport/bin/iseeConnectivityTest.sh script I see the following in the mad.log:
160407 16:58:47.475 ERROR,[Main] Map GlobalVars crashed (vendorId = HP_Services):
Connection file:false

serverName is: isee.europe.hp.com

500: Parent dir is: /opt/hpservices/vendors/HP_Services/maps/wt/default/maps
500: Map Name is ISEESubmitIncident.mzp
Using classloader : com.motive.JSInterp.JDK12ClassLoader
Also when I'm logging in to http://:5060/start.html browser proceeds to the next screen and shows a menu. But when accessing menu elements like 'configuration options' browser frame just hangs, trying to retrieve the page.
Can anyone shed some light on this?
Details:
System: RedHat EL AS3 update 8

ISEEPlatform-5.1.395-500.32
Connection is throught http proxy, proxy connection is verified to work with "wget http://isee.europe.hp.com/mots/motserv".

Re: all MAPs crash with same error (Error calling method indexOf on object proxy)
Hi,
Are you having multiple processors or multiple NIC cards on this machine?
If the answer is Yes, then you may want to contact your local Responce Center to get the fix.

Re: all MAPs crash with same error (Error calling method indexOf on object proxy)
Can you edit motprefs file and add following entires:
Edit or change Log_Level value to 5
KEEP_MAP_RESULTS=true (add this property under [GlobalSettings] )
Add the following section at end of the motprefs file:
[Log]
classloader.logType=TIME
javascript.logType=TIME
api.logType=TIME
guide.logType=TIME
Restart the HP services.
And send me the mad.log
