deny service incidents reportet to hp for server out of warranty

Hello everybody,

how can I deny that a server without any warranty but monitored with SIM creates a service incident?

Simply disable the transport in Remote Support Configuration and Services by selecting thery your device. Then select Disable Checked in the Action List.
