email alert on server warranty dates

I want to setup some email alerting on when the warranty will expire on my servers. how do i do that?

One way : if u have a HP Service Desk, you can get it done by writing a DB rule.

Way two : Most of the service providers will have a system to send you a automated message.

Way 3 : Create a schedule job in the server, using a 3rd part SMTP tool like BMAIL.exe to send an e-mail
