hardware failed does not send a SNMP trap after Support Pack 7 installed

I installed Support Pack 7 a few days ago and I found Insight management 6.2(SNMP) has been removed. I asked HP and they recommended I uninstalled WBEM becuase it is hard to configure. I removed WBEM provider 7.0 and installed Insight management 6.2 into our Integrity server. Although I could send SNMP trap and test OK, but when I removed HDD. It did not send alerts to IRS system, please help.
