insight rs remote support common components fail

insight rs remote support common components fail

I am getting a failure when trying to install insight RS. and the remote support common components [mc3] is the only package that fails. the server has "HP MISSION CRITICAL COMMON COMPONENTS(MC3) version 1.03 installed. But when I try to remove it using the add/remove programs it will not work. Does anybody have any ideals?
