isee migration error

Hi

I want to migrate isee to rsp .as per hp document I downloaded migration tool from rsswm and copied it to isee client.and insalled it.
Now when i run the command updateV3toV5.cmd -migrate CMS_IP. It throw error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in C:\Program Files\HP\RSCMi
grationTools\post2Dropbox.php on line 5

I am trying to migrate isee client to rsp.
I have configured rsp in sim5.3,I can see windows server en detail etc. in sim.
