no support for 3Com OIDs with HP Insight Remote support?

Years ago HP purchsed 3Com/H3C. The HP E4800 switches with Comware 5 have both:
- a label with 3Com serial and product number placed on the switch
- a label with HP serial and product number placed on the switch

Internally, if you "display version", the 3Com serial number and product number are displayed

=> Insight Remote Support doesn´t detect those switches with 3Com (OID).

Therefore I would like to ask, if you could enhance IRS software and add support for 3Com SNMP OIDs?

A business decision was made when HP purchased 3COM/H3C to support the HP branded 3COM switches but none of the legacy devices left with the 3COM/H3C branding. Getting access to those older 3COM switches for onboarding would prove to be pretty costly in itself so it’s doubtful that decision could be overturned unless a very compelling business case could be derived.
