"Caller Location not getting triggered automatically"
Please help me providing solution if :
caller location is not reflecting once caller selected from drop down in web console.

Hello,
I have just had a similar request from our Service Desk Manager, and he wants the Caller Location to reflect Caller's "Works at"-attribute once Caller has been filled in.
Can this be done? We're using SD 5.0.
We are not using 'Lives at', and I see no other use for Caller Location besides representing where he/she works.
