Email Subscription Notifications Suspended Temporarily
We are in the process of making navigation in the Servers and Operating Systems forums simpler and more direct. While doing this, we have to temporarily suspend email notifications for subscriptions. If you are subscribed to one or more discussion boards or blogs in the community, please check them daily to see new content. Notifications will be turned back on in a few days. "Error - Server error" at UI in an HP-UX client

We are installing ISEE in a Superdome with 3 partitions. 1 of them is working right.
The other 2 have the following error at UI: "Error - Server error. An error ocurred on your support provider's server. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience"

We captured an snapshot of the error as well a as catured mad.log. This is an urgent issue, please let me know what information is required.

This has been suggested in the past:
1.) /sbin/init.d/hpservices stop
verify that mad process is killed (ps -ef | grep mad)
/sbin/init.d/hpservices start
(again ps -ef | grep mad)
then try again connecting to the user interface.
If this does not work, try to use another port:

2.) /sbin/init.d/hpservices stop
vi /opt/hpservices/etc/motprefs
change AGENT_PORT from 5060 to something else
/sbin/init.d/hpservices start

Then connect to the user interface via the new port ID.
3.) if this also does not help. Insert LOG_LEVEL=5 under Global in motprefs and restart hpservices. Connect again to the user interface and check /opt/hpservices/var/mad.log for errors.
