re-initialized spop error

I am running the spop initialization utility, but I get the error message of unable to configure motive error

Hello,
it this the secord time you run it? You cannot run the utility twice without a reimage of your SPOP. IF the initialisation fails during the first run, a closer look to the error logs is needed. Please contact you local response center for further help.

just wondering the cd that come with my spop server is it the server image.

But I never see it stated that it contain the isee

Hello,
after imageing the SPOP, you need to install the ISEE Software using the installation utility (icon on the desktop), than registate the SPOP and install the client. A complete discription of all that needs to be done to install the software can be found in the "getting started guide for the AC".

Hello,
the SPOP image CDs should have been delivered with the SPOP. The installed image is always included on 3 CDs. These contain a ghost image of the SPOP.
