Hello,
what version of EVE do you use? Any problems with the ISEE installation? Did you recieve the installation, connectivity and entitlement incident after the ISEE installation? Did you install the ISEE and EVE software via terminal services as this might caus some errors?

Re: yeah_testnotify

Hello,
sorry, I have never heard of that error code. You said that this reported in the logfile, which logfile? From ISEE or from EVE? Do you recieve this error everytime you issue the yeah_testnotify? Do you recieve an error if you run the ISEE connectivitytest script as well?

Re: yeah_testnotify

Hi,

The error is from EVE log file.
It is in the directory c:\hsvev\log.
I recieve this error everytime I issued the yeah_testnotify.

But I have not test out the script to test
the connectivity from the ISEE.
I will test it out and update you.

Will the ISEE script connectivity test the connection to EVE.

Re: yeah_testnotify

Hello,
no the ISEE scripts just test the isee connection and not the connetion to EVE. This can be done through the yeah_testnotify as you did it or by enabling the level user action for ISEE transfer and remove for example a redundant power supply.
If you see no error with ISEE but every time you use eve, it might be a good idea to remove eve and reinstall it. Therefor first remove the server with c:\hsvev\exe\yeahsrvc_Vxx -remove, then remove the hole directory c:\Hsvev and then reinstall the eve software.
