ADU ia64 RH EL4

I'm looking for Array Diagnostic Utility.
I've to install it on an ia64 RH EL4.
Searching on the web I've found only the 32bit version. Is there an itanium version, or I've to use the RH 32bit compatibility layer?

I asked around internally, and at the risk of confusing diagnostics, it was suggested that there may be something on the latest Smart Setup CD:
