Are Third Party Vendors allowed to use Machine Check Abort Analyzers for Root Cause Analaysis?
Are Third Party Vendors allowed to use Machine Check Abort Analyzers, Enigma, IPF2 for Root Cause Analaysis or do they need to receive permission from Hewlett-Packard?
Are there legal conserquences for the third party?
