BTW, if you have service agreement with HP log a case and find their solution.

See the * (Astric) symbol. means, Cpu0 in Cell0 failed and need to be replace. If ur not replacing the fan, CPU temperature will increase and the CPU will also fail. If it happens your srver will go through a reboot, while coming up, this perticular CPU will be marked as failed, and the server will run in degraded mode. Which will reduce server performance.
