I have found this errors in event.log

Summary:
Cache Error(s) detected on processor in slot (2).
Description of Error:
This processor has generated an excessive number of parity errors in
either the Instruction or Data Memory Cache (I-Cache or D-Cache). For
actual number of errors, refer to the Additional Event Data section later
in this event. The LID of the processor in question is 0x0000000009000000.
Although the system has recovered from them, this is an abnormally high
failure rate. Contact your HP support representative to check the
processor before a serious failure occurs.
Probable Cause / Recommended Action:
Contact your HP support representative to check the processor as soon as
possible.

check the event ID : Event 100642
i would recommend to contact your support company ( usually HP ) to check the CPU health.
the offline check will be required.

Any vpar abruptly hanged & crashed the whole npar?
Normally, if your vpar hangs, then there are some RACE condition patches, which logs the error in MP.
Many times, we are not getting logs captured for cache in MP logs. HP orders the whole cellboard.
