Cannot access efi prompt on rx4640
After rebooting m/c cannot see anything on console.

Hi,
WHat method are you using for accessing the console? Via the MP? Via the serial interface? Via a VGA connection?
It is possible to change where EFI send output - maybe someone has done this on your machine - if you have access to ITRC support docs take a look at this:
