Cannot restore ASR backup on Rx4640
We have a RX8640 using a Ultrium 960 LTO-3 tape drive connected to a A7173A SCSI controller. We can perform an Automated System Recovery (ASR) backup with no problems. When we try to do a restore we get to the point where it loads the media from the tape, but the tape drive never mounts, and it says to load the volume. Is this a supported configuration and any ideas why this doesnt work? We tried to manually load the A7173A drivers via F6 and that doesnt seem to help with the issue. Thanks for any info.

Re: Cannot restore ASR backup on Rx4640
I think you need to install the Windows driver for the Ultrium 960 tape drive during ASR recovery.
