first you need to login via console OR Remote console, and go to steps

There are two ways:
1. Logging into iLO 2 using the WEB GUI and delete the logs.
2. Use command line interface and delete the logs.
Following Manual gives details about both ways.

Follow Hakki input which is easy to clear the logs.
But needs approval from concerned person for this task.
