Difference between rx4640 and rx5670
Hi all
besides the number of expansion slots for PCI, memory and disks, are there any differences between these 2? is the rx5670 more reliable?

Re: Difference between rx4640 and rx5670
Both are 4 processor systems.
Here are the major differences:
4640 5670
Max memory 64GB 96GB
Disks 2 4
PCI Slots 6 10
The 4640 can have a low profile DVD drive. No internal tape options.
The 5670 has a DVD DAT Tape option.
Also, the 4640 has a Dual Core mx2 1.1 GHz processor option. This gives you 8 processors.
