Boot with V2 is OK but I lost path to boot V3 which is original image.
How can I recover V3?
Thanks

Re: Dual boot for HP-UX 11i V2 and V3
Can you list your boot options from the efi shell with the map command?

Re: Dual boot for HP-UX 11i V2 and V3
Since you (probably) did not mirror the bootdisks it's ok to set the primary boot path to the HP-UX 11.23 disk and the alternate bootpath to the 11.31 disk.
Swap the primary boot path as necessary if you don't want to choose the OS manually on EFI shell at boot time.
My 2 cents,
Armin

Re: Dual boot for HP-UX 11i V2 and V3
I got path to boot with V3.
But with somehow during booting, System does dumping crash and reboot.
Does this mean I can't boot from the HD?
How can I find the crash reason.
I really appreciate helps

Re: Dual boot for HP-UX 11i V2 and V3
But on the "Save System crash dump if need",
The server crashed and reboot.
Is there any way to skip the procedure?
Thanks

Hmm ... need to solve the problem.
;-)
Record the screen during boot and attach.
Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Re: Dual boot for HP-UX 11i V2 and V3
And I got crashed at evm start
And I disabled it
And I got success on boot and console tried to start X windows and crashed again.
When I installed V2, I am not sure that update some hardware information.
Thanks
