Steele,
As mentioned, the command is 'idisk -R /dev/rdisk/disk4'.
But now the problem is,
"Load of HP-UX Primary Boot: 0/1/1/0.0x1.0x0 failed: Not Found". its not booting automatically.

Use "setboot" now to set the primary path. This will fix this problem.

Yes Torsten, you are right.
Actually 'setboot' was showing the primary boot path but giving the message that the particular path is not found at booting time. I just used "setboot -p ", now its start booting automatically. The steps are in attached file. Hope this system can work as a normal box and there won't be any problem in future.
