Error Messages

Hi,
I have replaced one of the cpu of my server , after that during boot in syslog its giving vmunix errors pls check the below error .After the replacement of memory carrier board of another server its also giving vmunix error pls check the server2.txt file .I want to know that these are critical errors are not....

In the top output its showing 8 cpus (this is the actual no of cpu) and memory 98 GB .
