Error in Win2k3 64bit on IVM

Hi,

I have a blade BL870c with IVM. I created a virtual machine with 64 bit windows 2003 server and booting the machine I get the following error:

"Windows could not start because there was an error reading
the boot settings from NVRAM.

Please check your firmware settings. You may need to restore your
NVRAM settings from a backup."

Why ?
