Event logs in Integrity Console: how to find out their meaning ?
Hi.
The LED of my rx4640 started flashing.
The Console contains Evant logs but I cannot know what they mean because they are encoded.
For example:
# Location|Alert| Encoded Field | Data Field | Keyword / Timestamp

Is there any web pages (similar to EMC/STM online diagnostics) where these codes are explained ?

Re: Event logs in Integrity Console: how to find out their meaning ?
I realized that those event logs can be displayed as text.

Re: Event logs in Integrity Console: how to find out their meaning ?
Hi CAS,
I dont think we have any online analysers available (for customers) to check these hex codes..alternatively u can the eventlogs which will have almost the same error messages in explained format or u can check the ccerrlogs..
#more /var/opt/resmon/log/event.log
#more /var/stm/log/ccerrlog
Above mentioned hex code indicate a software failure..
Will try to findout more if possible.
Best Regards,
Prashanth
