FW update of 72Gb SAS drives on rx3600
Hi, need to upgrade some drives attached to an rx3600. Copied the firmware file to the EFI partition but ODE wont run from there. So I downloaded the ODE CD image and installed ODE to the HPSP partition. Now when I run DFDUTIL from ODE it can see the drives but cant find the firmware file when it searches. Where do I put the firmware file so that DFDUTIL can find it or how do I get ODE to run when connected to the EFI partition with EFI shell?
P.S. This thread has been moved from Disk to Servers > Integrity. -HP Forum Moderator

Connected to the default SAS controller or to an optional P400?
In case of doubt, send an "ioscan -fn".
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
