Firmware updates to bl860c

I am trying to bring all of my blades upto software and firmware levels that are current,. The people who did them before have left them years out of date. I know i cant use HPSum on these due to them being G5 , but could someone walk me thru how to get the firmware updated?

The first BL860c (cal it G1 if you want) cannot be updated with HP SUM.
