The rx2660 has a short vertical slot dedicated for the P400 controller. My server does not have a P400 installed that's why it has one less i/o bus. So if you have a p400 on the short vertical PCI slot in 0/3 then 0/2, 0/4 and 0/5 are the 3 horizontal PCI slots.
0/2 unused (most likely PCIe)
0/4 unused PCI-X
0/5 FC HBA PCIe

This is PCIx

0/4


So you have a combo riser card installed.

Slot 1 (PCIe) = 0/5
Slot 2 (PCIe) = 0/2
Slot 3 (PCIx) = 0/4
RAID slot (PCIe) = 0/3

Slot 1 has a FC card
Slot 2 is empty
Slot 3 is empty
RAID SA P400 is installed
