GSP availability on RX3600 or BL860 with 11.31

Hello Gurus,
We are getting ready to evolve our old RP5470 Unix server. We are looking at either the RX3600 or the BL860, running HPUX 11.31. Does anyone know if these servers come with the GSP (Guardian Service Processor)? If not, then what do you use for a console? I am unable to determine this from the specs, hence the question.

GSP is obsolete, these servers have MP/iLO2 - same functionality, but enhanced.

The MP part is similar to the GSP, the iLO part is similar to the proliant servers.
