The answer is: Ignite!

You can set up an ignite server and install your server using the LAN.

just for curiosity I tryed on my rx2600.
Web acces console works fine!
Remote access via telnet works fine!
With SA command, seems SSH (https) can work, but I did'nt try it.

in EFI there is a command lanboot. I'm not able to try this feature, because I have not got any lan server with some boot image.
You ask to your local technical office for furthermore information.

However, Ignite-UX will be installed on a HP-UX server. If there is no any HP-UX server,Would it be possible to deploy HP-UX OS from a local box to remote integrity server? Does Openview has any product taht is suitable fro this case?

Alireza,
I can't answer your last question but I think you cannot. Rx server boots from network and a server with HP-UX image must be present in network.
